"Addictive Thinking" -- by Abraham J. Twerski, M.D. ------- This is a great book! I personally really don't like to read, but even I enjoy this book. It's not specifically about gaming or Internet (it talks about chemical use, instead), but addictions all work the same way, basically, and I have so far learned a TON from this book. It's only about 130 pages, so if you're intimidated by books like I am, have no fear!!! You can find it on Amazon.com very easily. There is also another book called "Addictive Personality" that I haven't read yet, but my mom is reading it, and she is learning a lot, as well. These books are great for everyone to read---addicts, codependants, or anyone who's curious! Either way, this book has been EXTREMELY helpful and informative for me. If you want to know more about the book, send me a message or something, I guess, haha.

Oh yea, I forgot to mention, you can also find this in your local library! (probably, lol) That's where my mom found this book, so you can probably find it near you, as well!
Good luck to all!
