I stumbled on this book through some internet research and thought I'd share it with the community.
It seems like a book targeting a younger audience (I'd say 5-15 yrs old maybe) talking about moderation in gaming and doing other things. It appears the book is written in a way it tells a story of a young boy who through excessive gaming becomes the object of much ridicule and suffering. The author apparently tries to instill an understanding that the reader should balance game time with other play time activiites, such as doing things with friends outside etc.
Now, I'm not saying this a self help book that will save a young child from gaming addiction, but it just might be material that will at least plant the seed of what 'healthy' gaming is.

Well, at least it will open the eyes of some young children and parents. :-)
The question is....will you be able/courageous/adult enough to sacrifice that which merely pleases you...for that which will truly fulfill you? That is the question of personal growth.
