Hello,
My husband recently gave up playing his PC games. Today is day 5 of no games. This morning, I woke up and found him watching a streamer playing games on TV.
Is this a good idea? Should I discourage it? Or let it go?

Gamers on this forum have reported that watching these videos of gaming only serves to feed the addiction. It will not help him to get over withdrawals and heal his brain. It will not help him to find healthy activity in other areas to make his life more balanced.
