Welcome to the N.H.K. is an anime, so I just thought I'd mention that in case someone doesn't like this stuff. That being said, I think everyone must watch this one. Even those who are 100% healthy in every sense of the word and has a wonderful life. Even those who think they are "too old" to watch anime. "Welcome to the N.H.K". explores many aspects of our life and many problems that we have to deal with. When you first start watching it, you might think it's silly and doesn't really relate to you. Just hang in there, you will enjoy it, and you will find many things you can relate to. Several episodes in the end, SPECIFICALLY deal with video game addiction, but please don't skip to these. Watch the WHOLE THING.
Oh, and feel free to fast forward through the "intro" in the 1st episode. It's not recorded too well.
