I did it! I made it one week without touching a single game (Phone, Console, PC). It feels pretty liberating. I'm starting to obsess less about what to do without games and just starting to be human again. Its good to want to be away from the games and the isolation. I feel happier than I've felt about myself in a long time.
I just want to thank all of you for your great support, kind words, and the meetings here at OLGA. I don't know that I would have had the willpower or fortitude to go through with this without all the great people here who reach out their hands and lift others back onto their feet from the ground at rock-bottom. You all are so amazing, and I'm so thankful that we can all be in this together.
<3 you all :)
Haven't played a game since January 15th, 2013 @ 7:04 PM

SuperJ that is SUPER!!
So glad you are here with us, as we help each other. Believe it or not, you help us too!
Big hugs!
Congrats on a week, J! That's great. Keeping coming back. It gets better.
What you feed grows, and what you starve withers away.
It does keep getting better and better. Congrats, SuperJay!
Acceptance. When I am disturbed, it is because a person, place, thing, or situation is unacceptable to me. I find no serenity until I accept my life as being exactly the way it is meant to be. Nothing happens in God’s world by mistake. Acknowledge the problem, but live the solution!
Congrats I and everyone here knew that you could do it, never give up, we are here supporting you!
Congrats on one week, SuperJ! And many more to come.
