Hello,
I joined over ten years ago and a lot has happened since then. Because of the pandemic, I became more interested in baking as a hobby.
I became interested in healthy eating, so now I only use natural sugar to begin with. Additionally, I cook brown rice and use ultra-fine whole wheat flour for maximum taste. It definitely feels like I am leveling up everyday in this aspect!

Hi curious. Thank you for the update! Hurray for you. I consider myself a connoisseur myself. I go for the "quality" of food, not the quantity. I have a question about natural sugar. What is considered natural sugar? I use real maple syrup a lot, for sweetness. What is your favoite thing to cook? Keep up the good work. Liz

Good to see you again. I'm glad you've found a worthwhile hobby.

You're welcome! I also go for the quality of food over quantity. I believe that any sugar that is easily accessible in nature is natural sugar. Honey, cane sugar, and maple syrup are all examples of natural sugar.
So far, I am interested in cooking anything with ultra-fine whole wheat flour. It is really easy to work with.

Thank you. I fixed the links so hopefully they work, but just in case, they are all at the top of the website civilpedia.org
