Hello.
Today I don't crave the gaming itself, but all the people that I played the games with. I miss the interaction. One of my triggers is feeling alone, which is why I'm writing a post today. I don't know what else to say, except that I'm taking one day at a time. Thanks for listening.

Thanks for sharing, i can relate a lot to the feeling of loneliness. The majority of my friends where gamers when i was quitting gaming, and apart from compulsive gaming, it was also a way to hang out.
Going to NA meetings & other activities like improv theater have helped me meet new game-free people. I still have some friends who are hard-core-gamers but i don't hang out with them that much anymore
Thanks a lot for sharing, hope to see u again soon
