How the smartphone killed the 3-day weekend

Interesting article on people's complete and utter failure to unplug from technology.

They seem concerned that

They seem concerned that working a job over the weekend is bad? Hospitals and healthcare facilities don't just close down on weekends and holidays....

It's time to make up for lost time!

Game free since May 20, 2013.

Sometimes... we just need to

Sometimes... we just need to unplug. I struggle with unplugging.

I remember the days when I

I remember the days when I came in and our secretary had little pink slips that people called. But then we got phones and people would call me all day long! Is it really necessary to know if you can put a transformer in a driveway at 10 pm at night when we wouldn't be able to do it for 12 weeks anyway? It's really gotten to be rude if you ask me. People talk on the phone while they're checking out groceries as if the clerk doesn't exist. Good manners have been trumped by rudeness and money.
