On Friday, August 31, 2007, OLGA will be having its first formal business meeting in Orlando, FL. The main purpose of the meeting is to set up the non-profit status of the organization, but there are other items that will be discussed. A meeting agenda will be posted for those interested after it has been formalized. The items that have been put forth already are going to take some time to discuss and resolve and it is expected the meeting could take a good portion of the day.
In order to accomodate the general membership who may wish to attend electronically (specifics to yet be determined), we are asking those planning to attend to send me a PM with what time zone they will be in on that date. Based on necessity, the meeting start time will be adjusted appropriately.
