Brene Brown - researcher on shame

For me the below talks have been very insightful and influential. They really show a good understanding of humanity and the underlying rules that make us do the things we do. I highly recommend you give it a shot. It may not be comfortable, but for me it was a very good ride anyway.

Brene Brown studies human connection — our ability to empathize, belong, love. In a poignant, funny talk, she shares a deep insight from her research, one that sent her on a personal quest to know herself as well as to understand humanity.
