I am a child psychologist and from some time (about 2 years) I'm facing rapid growth of really young patients (even 5-6 years old) highly addicted from internet and/or gaming. I live and work in Poland and , at this time, there are no specialists, no literature or studies on this topic. I feel realy powerless and unable to help the children and parents with this problem. Could you recommend me some literature or training?

There are several books that I recommend to give you more support in this area - the first being Plugged In; a Clinicians' and Families' Guide to Online Video Game Addiction, by Terry R. Waite.
Also, Cyber Junkie: Escape the Gaming and Internet Trap by Kevin Roberts.
