Cognitive behavior therapy

I went to my doctor and he sai I did a great job that I quit gaming without help.

He was wrong there, he meant psychiatral addiction help, but I could never have quit without you guys. I wanted to quit only you made it much easier. Supports group work as long the will is there.

But as I keep getting addicted to everything that feel great, what is always non substantial he recommended Cognitibe behavior therapy, what I already thought was needed. to me

He informed me I am still detoxing. It is returning every 14 days but thats the hormonal imbalances..Even after 2 months I went back to 1 hour, and 5 weeks since I quit...I must expect tensions, tension headaches, sweating, dark feelings...and other.

I am truly happy I quit. Life is much better now and my hormones still need to adjust and that may take a while as I experienced before, when I had it much worse.

I think this therapy can be useful for people fearing to feel themselves, people who have been addicted before, and people who played out of compulsion. Together with Yoga, and excercise it works//

I. am looking forward a family cycle tour this weekend as my big yellow friend came out after 4 months of grey skies.

take care all.

Every morning, when I wake

Every morning, when I wake up, I feel a lot of stress, what then slwly gets less..in the afternoon it increases again and then it slowly drops tthroughout the day. This may mean my cortisol levels are way to high...I sweat in the neck, hair..palms, heave a feeling of a tie around my head that sometimes leads to severe tension headache. somewhat higher heartrate, I had this often before and I think it was always related with gaming. The gaming made me feel relaxed...but now I know that was false. This all started after I stopped gaming and my doctor say I am still detoxing what in a sense its true...but it more feels like a burn out ......it should pass in a few weeks and all I must do is all my tasks, work, and relax after and during as good as I can.

I did yoga Nidra yesterday what brought me in a state of conscious sleep...very relaxing.
