A simple suggestion...

Want to get your life back on track?

Here's a simple suggestion of some things you can do each day which won't cost you a penny. This list was inspired by a friend.

Everyday:

1) Learn/Google one thing new that you've never known
2) Do one small thing that scares you
3) Pay a compliment to or help an old person

One reason we get into our cycles of endless gaming is because we grow complacent with our lives and so our lives become boring. Gaming becomes an attractive alternative but it is only slightly less boring, really.

When you challenge yourself to learn one new thing each day, your view of the world changes slightly and new experiences slowly open up to you.

When you challenge yourself to do something that scares you, it helps keep you growing as an individual and gives you the confidence to do even more.

When you pay a compliment to an old person, it keeps you connected with your inevitable future and helps the old person keep connected with her past.

When we stop growing as individuals, that's when we become susceptible to addictions, diseases and other maladies.

So... what will you do today?
